We always recommend starting with the Foundations course, even if you had previous experience in comedy or acting. The reason for that is improvisation has completely different rules (unlike comedy or acting, which have predefined scripts) and you need to get your groove first.
If you are not ready to commit to a 8-week course, another option is just to join any of our Sunday masterclasses.
We host regular Sunday workshops designed for beginners—no experience needed! It’s a fun, low-pressure way to try improv and see if you enjoy the format. Just show up, play some games, and see how it feels. No commitment required!
Great question! This is one of the most common challenges in improv. The good news? It’s completely normal, and we’ll teach you proven techniques to overcome it.
Here’s a sneak peek of what you’ll learn:
– The “Yes, And…” Rule – Keep scenes flowing by accepting and building on ideas
– Observation Tricks – Train yourself to react to what you see/hear in the moment
– Pattern Interrupts – Simple ways to break out of mental blocks
– Word Association Drills – Exercises to boost your quick-thinking skills
We’ll break down each technique with examples so you can practice and see fast improvement. No more blank moments – just confident, creative responses!
Yes—and you’re not alone! Many of our most talented improvisers learned the art while not being C2 in English. Improv actually helps you think on your feet in any language by training instinctive listening, expressive body language, and creative problem-solving. Grammar perfection isn’t the goal; connection is. Some of our best scenes come from students who turn “language gaps” into unexpected humor or fascinating characters. Your unique perspective makes stories richer. Just like improv itself, it’s not about being perfect—it’s about being present.
Well, everyone is different! Over 300 students have finished our courses—some learn fast, others take more time. Like learning to cook or ride a bike, you improve step by step. The most important thing? Have fun and keep trying! No rush, no stress. Just enjoy the journey.
Every course we teach ends with a graduation show—your moment to step on stage, try improv in front of an audience, and (yes!) even invite your friends to cheer you on!
After that, depending on how ready you are and how fast you progress, you might also get a spot in the regular shows.
We'll get back to you as soon as we can
Over 5 years, we made 1,700 people laugh until they couldn’t breathe.
(Seriously – some needed recovery time. Worth it.)
Once they caught their breath, here’s what they gasped out.
